Success Story

Ziraat Bankasi KSA, a Saudi Arabian subsidiary of Turkey’s banking group Ziraat, has recently upgraded its Core Banking system. The Bank moved to the latest upgrade of Temenos Transact, with the project delivered by NdcTech, Temenos’ regional partner and system integrator.

The Bank has been using Temenos Transact since its launch in Saudi Arabia 2011 and provides a full range of banking services.

The upgrade of the system has enabled bank to utilize the latest product functionalities and architecture, which will result in improved and reliable customer service, quick and easy integrations with third parties and faster product launches in the market.

Temenos is well established in the Saudi Arabia and has numerous clients there, including Alawwal Bank, Amlak International, Alinma Bank, Bank Albilad, Banque Saudi Fransi and Samba Financial Group.
