Broad Category	Specific Skills	Preference

Senior .Net Developer/Architect	ASP. NET, C#, Crystal Reports and VB.NET	Knowledge of Microsoft DNA. Commanding Knowledge of the .NET Architecture. 5-7 year experience in development environment with products rolled out to production.
Senior J2EE Developer/Architect	JSP, Servlets, Enterprise Beans.	Commanding Knowledge of the J2EE Architecture 5-7 year experience in development environment with products rolled out to production.
Quality Assurance Manager	Black-Box, White-Box, Load and Stress, usability, unit, integration etc...testing for application lifecycle, release and certification. Must have previously certified products by the ISO Body.	5-7 years experience in a development / real time Q&A environment with products rolled out to production. Extremely Proficient and prior work experience with Q&A software.
CAD Expert	Computer Aided Design proficiency with graphs, superimposing, long/latitude, Digitizing etc...	4-5 years experience with AUTOCAD software.
