NDC places highly skilled and experienced project managers on each project with the purpose of managing their own team to achieve project deliverables within the agreed timelines. They are responsible for formulating a viable plan and to ensuring each procedure is documented for all events such as Gap Analysis, Developments, UAT, Rollout, Data Migration, etc… Our project managers also advise our clients on how to minimize gaps through the Model Bank approach to achieve quicker implementations.

The NDC Project Director who heads all projects and to whom all project managers report, tracks project progress and deliverables and further keeps close contact with the client to ensure that all delays or hindrances to deliverables are identified early and are dealt with efficiently. The Project Director further ensures that all NDC projects have the necessary resources with the desired skill sets to meet their respective requirements.
